Three guarantees clauseProduct implementation of three guarantees, the warranty period of six months, excluding wearing parts. (Note: The three guarantees of the product refer to the repair, replacement and return of the product due to quality problems.) The direct expenses within the scope of the three guarantees, such as freight, spare parts, accommodation and travel expenses of the three guarantees of technical personnel, shall be borne by Party B or refunded by the loan in this contract. Party A shall not bear the above expenses and indirect losses and expenses other than the loans hereunder. Party A shall send technical personnel to guide the installation and commissioning, and Party B shall be responsible for the accommodation of technical personnel. -
