How it works

Cracking: The use of continuous cracking equipment under high temperature and catalyst, in the form of negative pressure to crack crude carbon black and part of the corresponding ash for neutralization.
Iron removal: The automatic high magnetic iron removal device further separates the steel wire from the carbon black.
Ultrafine grinding: mechanical ultrafine grinding machine will grind the crude carbon black to meet the required fineness of the filler d100 < 45um, 325 mesh sieve residue < 0.001%. Or according to the downstream application requirements to produce 600 mesh, 800 mesh, 1500 mesh, 2000 mesh carbon black ultrafine powder.
Activation modification: The coating continuous modification machine modifies the surface of carbon black through coupling agents to increase the pleasure with the polymer and improve the affinity between the two.
Granulation: The continuous wet granulator will make good carbon black ultrafine powder by adding a certain amount of water and adhesive into carbon black particles that do not affect the market application, optimize the packaging process, reduce packaging and transportation costs.
