How it works

The treated oil-free and water-free high pressure air is sprayed from N upper nozzles in the form of pulses from the bottom of the air mixer. The high-speed impact force generated by the compressed air instantly causes the powder and particulate matter in the tank to spiral flow along the wall of the cylinder with the compressed air and reach the fluidized boiling mixing state. After several pulse strikes and pause intervals, The injection time is very short and the consumption of very little compressed air can be fully mixed and quickly homogenized.
The loading, conveying, mixing and post-processing of raw materials can only be controlled by the combination of touch screen and PLC to form a complete set of intelligent unattended automatic production line.
