
JHZH Series Double Spiral Conical Mixer
JHZH series asymmetric double helix conical mixer is a new type of mixing equipment with high efficiency and high precision. The machine uses a set of motor and cycloidal pinwheel reducer to revolution and rotation, the use of long and short stirring screw rotation movement and two screw rotation movement of the principle of integration, so that the proportion of different materials to achieve the ideal mixing, mixing time is short, the effect is good.
Due to the revolution of the double helix, the powder moves in a circle along the cone wall. The rotation of the spiral blade causes the powder to discharge to the center of the cone for radial motion. The powder flows upward from the cone and is discharged on the surface of the outer circumference of the spiral, that is, mixing in the direction of the spiral axis. The combination of spiral revolution and rotation in the mixer results in four flow forms of the powder, that is, the composite movement of convection, shear, diffusion and infiltration. Therefore, the powder material can quickly achieve uniform mixing in this mixer.
