AF Series Air Classifier

The machine adopts the advanced classification rotor design, can be graded spherical, flake, needle particles, product size is stepless adjustable, high classification efficiency, accurate cutting point.

The vertical single-rotor impeller and horizontal multi-rotor impeller structure design are optimized according to the particle size of the material, which can be combined with the ball mill and other grinding machines to form a closed circuit crushing classification operating system, so that the processing equipment of ultrafine powder is more reasonable and economical. Flammable, explosive and oxidizing materials can be classified under inert gas protection.

How it works

In the working process, the material enters the classification flow field from the lower part of the classifier, is dispersed under the action of updraft, and then enters the cage turbine rotor with the air flow. The coarse particles are thrown out along the wall under the action of centrifugal force, and are dispersed again by the secondary wind during the falling process, and discharged from the coarse material outlet after secondary panning.
The qualified fine powder is discharged from the fine powder outlet through the turbine rotor and enters the secondary classifier. The coarse material is discharged through the coarse material outlet through the above process. The qualified fine powder is discharged from the fine powder outlet and collected by the cyclone. The material that cannot be collected by the cyclone collector is collected by the electric pulse bag dust collector. By adjusting the turbine speed and matching the right amount of secondary air, products of different fineness can be obtained.
