
RM Series Raymond Mill
Since the introduction of Raymond mill in China for more than 20 years, it has been widely used in the processing of non-metallic minerals. However, with the extensive development of non-metallic minerals in the field of ultrafine powder application, downstream enterprises have higher and higher requirements for non-metallic mineral products, especially for product fineness, which makes traditional Raymond mill seem inadequate.
For this reason, the essence powder Technology Department has conducted in-depth analysis and research on the traditional Raymond mill, and solved many fatal defects such as frequent maintenance, high maintenance cost and substandard grinding fineness of the traditional Raymond mill, and developed a new ultra-fine Raymond mill that integrates crushing, grinding and ultra-fine.
The main machine drives the central shaft to rotate through the double belt combined transmission mechanism, the upper end of the shaft is connected with the plum frame, the grinding roller and the plum frame are installed together to form a dynamic grinding system, and form a swinging fulcrum. When the frame rotates, the grinding roller is pressed to the outer grinding ring by centrifugal force, forming a complete set of crushing combination, and the grinding roller rotates around the grinding ring by friction.
With the strict shovel system, it is located in front of the grinding roller and below. During operation, the material is thrown up and fed between the grinding rings of the grinding roller to form a crushing material layer. The material layer is crushed by the extrusion and friction generated by the rotation of the grinding roller, so as to achieve the purpose of grinding.
