
CXM Series Ultra-fine Grinding
The machine is dry roller grinding, ingenious use of curved grinding track, reasonable use of collision, rolling, grinding mechanism. Set grinding and grading in one, qualified fine powder is extracted in time, coarse powder continues to grind, avoid material too grinding, can replace Raymond mill to do ultrafine grinding.
When the mill roller fixed on the mill roller frame by the pin shaft rotates under the drive of the main shaft, the mill roller presses towards the mill ring under the action of centrifugal force, and at the same time, the mill roll rotates around the pin shaft. After the material is added to the grinding chamber from the top by the feeding screw, it is thrown into the gap between the grinding roll and the grinding ring by the grinding roll and the grinding ring, and is crushed by the impact, rolling and grinding of the grinding roll and the grinding ring. The crushed material falls on the dump tray, is thrown into the gap between the body and the grinding ring, and enters the upper classification chamber under the action of updraft. Qualified finished powder enters the collection system as a product through the finished material outlet of the turbine rotor, and the coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
