
CR Series Ultra-micro Impact Mill
The machine with shear impact crushing, ultrafine classification in one, is used for toughness, fiber material ultrafine crushing, shaping, breaking, wet processing after drying agglomeration of the effective solution.
It can be connected with the classifier to form a production line for protein separation and extraction of agricultural products, such as: pea protein, wheat protein.
After the material enters the body through the feed port at the bottom of the body, it is quickly dispersed by the hammer head on the rotor, scattered around the stator, and enters the crushing zone composed of the rotor and the stator. The rotor rotates at a high speed and produces a large amount of air eddy, and the material collides with each other under the dual action of air eddy and centrifugal force, and shear and grinding occur between the rotor and the stator to achieve ultrafine crushing of the material. The pulverized material is driven by the main air flow into the classification area, and the qualified fine powder is discharged through the classification turbine with the air flow and captured by the collection device. The unqualified coarse powder is driven back to the cylinder wall by the turbine blade under the action of centrifugal force, and returns to the grinding zone for grinding.
