JHM Essence mill is a new type of mill named after the essence company and with independent intellectual property rights. In 2008, led by the Essence Company, Professor Gai Guosheng, director of the School of Materials and Powder Engineering Research Office of Tsinghua University, was commissioned by the provincial and municipal expert group for its performance identification and certification.
Unique and perfect grinding mechanism, completely different from the traditional ball mill in and out of the material, greatly change the diameter ratio of the grinding length, the introduction of adjustable air volume of directional reverse air, a unique internal classification treatment system, crushing classification is completed at one time, improve grinding efficiency.
The unique and perfect grinding mechanism of the essence mill is completely different from the feeding and discharging method of the traditional ball mill. In the short cylinder length (0.5 m) and the large cylinder diameter (2.6 m), the friction between the two ends of the cylinder and the grinding medium is fully utilized to change the relative motion speed between the grinding medium in the cylinder and improve the chaos of the medium motion. Thus, the impact, extrusion, shearing and grinding between the mill and the material can be improved, and the grinding efficiency can be improved.
