The positive and negative rotating screw is installed on the same horizontal axis, forming a low power and efficient mixed environment, the spiral blade is generally made of double or three layers, the outer spiral will collect the material from both sides to the center, the inner spiral will transport the material from the center to both sides, which can make the material form more eddy currents in the flow. The mixing speed is accelerated and the mixing uniformity is improved.

- 03 Configurable heating or cooling jacketHeating or cooling jacket can be configured. There are two heating methods: electric heating and heat conduction oil heating. Cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, the jacket heat exchange area is large, cooling speed is fast.
- 04 Multiple driving modesSmall type mixer adopts reducer direct connection mode, simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance. The large mixer is driven by a cycloidal reducer driven by a belt pulley, and the elastic connection of the belt drive has the advantage of protecting the transmission components when overloaded.
